On this page we will be writing up an all the shows that we attend as a club..

The first show we done was VW Expo at the hop farm, Paddock wood in Kent.

The show was awesome, Its only a one day event, on the Sunday, but there was camping on the Saturday from midday onwards which we didnt do as the weather was a bit dodgy and we only live down the road so there was no point really!

We got there at about 0830 on the Sunday morning, the sun was shining and it turned out to be a glorious day in the end, we set up the stand on our reserved plot which was in quite a good spot, we had a gazebo and a table on which we sold all our old car parts which we had taken off our cars, On the car front we had a Mk2 Rallye, a Mk3 Vr6, a couple of Mk1 cabriolets and of course our own Mk1 project which seemed extremely popular.
During the morning we had a few people say that we should put our car in the show and shine, so we did, it was up against some really nice cars and we thought we would not have a chance but just done it for the laugh.
But guess what?? we won!!! how chuffed were we and it just went to show that all that work paid off....and the car was not even finished with still some of the engine to put in and some of the interior to go in too.

During the day we met quite a few people who liked our stand and wanted to join our club, well our first meet will be on Thursday 12th August at the Moat pub in Wrotham so you are all more than welcome to come along. Call Dean on 07801945621 for details. The meets will then be the 2nd Thursday of evry month and the same location.

All in all the day was a great success and we will definately be doing it again, we have now got stickers made up of the website logo and if you want some to put in you car then just send me a mail and I will send you a set. Also If you want to come along to the shows with us and have you car on our stand then send us a mail too.
